Is it always better to check "BetterFrequencyTracking"?

I've done some tests and so far it seems like the BetterFrequencyTracking is always improving the result. Is that option only because it is more DSP hungry to use it or are there cases where it is better to not use it?

Thanks!

It depends on the source material and how you plan to manipulate the resynthesis.  We always try different combinations during the analysis and listen to what works best on that particular source.  So we recommend people use their ears to decide which settings to use and not to always stick with one setting no matter what the source material.
