Custom dual biquad filter implementation by Pete with additional support by Kata group.

The slope is continously variable between 2nd and 4th order.

The multiband examples have phase aligned crossovers which makes them ideal for multi-band compressors or level adjustments.

Note:  these differ in implementation from the original Pete's Biquad Filters.  They should be much more DSP and replication friendly.
