      Hello,

       

      I also got an Apogee duet firewire which works fine on my MacBook but with the Pacarana

      when it starts up it says Firewire host disconnected and I don’t see it as an option.

      Has anything to do with the fact that I am running Pacarana with ethernet.

      I’ve tried 2 different 800 to 400 firewire cables.

      Do you have any suggestions?

        I solved the problem by adding a small firewire hub.

        Now the Duet gets powered by the hub and recognised by the Pacarana!
