iFi nani iDSD

Hello,

 

I just got the above usb interface and although my MacBook works with it fine,

 

Pacarana doesn’t see it no matter how many times I rescan and initialise.

 

Can anybody help please?

Hi Chris,

Can you backdate its firmware to version 4.02? The iFi Nano works with that firmware but not with their newer firmware.

The lowest firmware I could find on the iFi site was 4.04. I ve loaded it and it does get recognised by pacarana now but there is no sound.

I ‘ve also checked it on my MacBook and now I have no sound there too!

Is the Apogee duet firewire a safer bet or there are problems with it too?

We need a small quality solution for this.

It seems that firmware 4.04 was the original launch firmware, not sure where to find 4.02

you are suggesting. I’ve upgraded to the current firmware now and works with my Mac book at

least. Any chance for making current firmware compatible with Pacarana?
