use controller to step through presets

The Kyma X manual says that the number in brackets is the program number associated with a preset, and that I can change them via Midi.  I have Midi program change numbers coming in (from Osculator via Kyma Connect, it seems they don’t come in without Kyma Connect) however I do not see the Sound responding to the changes.  I.E. I am trying to select Preset [001] by sending program change 001 on Midi channel 1, but it isn’t changing.

Any assistance?  What else do I need to do

Hi Robert,

Please check the VCS Presets Program Changes channel setting in DSP > Configure MIDI to make sure it is set to channel 1.

Thank you Carla!  It turns out that setting it to “disabled” disables it.  Who woulda thunk it???? 🙂

BTW, I thought a cool upgrade to Timeline would be to allow each Sound to have it’s presets individually addressable, on a different channel.  That would be cool.
