Nevermind, I was wrong. I was using the thunder overlay preset 6 which is XYZ pads and sending regular midi notes. So I guess the Morph is still a no go for MPE.
Yes, I definitely had the Morph working with Kyma in MPE mode at some point, but unfortunately I couldn’t say when I last had it working or how. I’m pretty sure it was earlier this year so most likely it was before BETA 8. I remember I had downloaded the Linnstrument Examples folder and playing it with the Thunder overlay which unless you build a specific layout only does MPE. I’ll play with it some more and see if I can get it to work.
Has anything changed on the MPE front? I have a Sensel Morph and it isn’t working in MPE mode with this new update. Worked fine a couple of weeks ago. MIDI mode seems to work fine.
Ok, thanks. TC seems to be sending from ProTools to Kyma. I haven’t had a chance to test it fully, but will let you know if there are any issues.
Yes. In the peripherals in ProTools, I set the MTC output to vPacarana. Then I clicked the MTC Gen button on the transport. Switched over to Kyma and on the DSP window the timecode numbers stayed at 00:00:00:00
Will KymaConnect transmit MIDI Timecode? Trying to send MIDI TC to Kyma from ProTools and it doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve chosen to send MIDI TC to the vPacarana port and am not receiving TC into Kyma.
