Changes between v1.0 and v1.02: - note choking now works at sample rate to prevent high frequency artifacts that were occurring at Capytalk rate

Changes between v1.02 and v1.05: - vanilla filters switched to KK Superhot (may not work at > 48Khz sampling rate) - added Rungler value as an audio output - added option for a bipolar Rungler value (map from 0..1 to range -1..1) - added option for Runglers to operate as LFSRs
