Slave Kyma sequencers from an external MIDI master.

It uses the new !SongStart and !SongStop messages to activate a prototypical !Run gate for a sequencer.

It implement a different way of calculating in Kyma the BPMs of the external MIDI master emulating the behaviour of MIDI hardware.

Having made many tests today, it gives  in my environment (Elektron Digitakt as Master, Motu Ultralite as MIDI interface) excellent results (it is possible to slow down or speed up the tempo without losing any beat).
