Is it possible to Parameter Transform on custom classes?

Question

In my Custom Class above, there is a boolean which is transformed by its own parameter fields, which I want to transform again as part of higher order encapsulation which includes this Custom class.

But I am finding it isn't working, and wondered if it is just not available to the interface when encapsulated?  Does that question makes sense?
