using 2 instances of "LFO(multiwave)" prototype in a sound

hello,

i have a question about the "LFO(multiwave)" prototype.

when i change the eventvalue in the Index parameter of the oscillator form "!ModShape"  to "!ModShape2", the parameter changes from "select from list" (with the names of the different waves) to a simple "slider" in the vcs.

why is it? and what is the workarround to get two or more independent instances of the "LFO(multiwave)" prototypes working in a sound?

thanks, johannes

Hi Johannes, Have you tried this? Right-click (ctrl+click) on the !ModShape2 fader, and change the widget type to Select from list.
this will bring back the "select from list" but with a list of numbers(0-1) instead of the waveform names.

Here's how you can do it:

1. Place a Prefixer to the right of your second LFO (multiwave) in the signal flow

2. Select LFO (multiwave); from the Action menu, select Add VCS Layout

3. In the Prefixer specify a prefix or suffix for the second !ModShape control

For more than two copies of the LFO, you could use the Replicator and follow the same three steps.
