MultiGrid All-Seeing-Eye program change

I would like to control the All-Seeing-Eye presets by program change messages but I can not switch to preset  greater than 125 in this way. I use Max for sending program change messages and every program change number in Max corresponds to the preset number in the MultiGrid. This works fine for me if the number is between 1 and 125 but it doesn't work for numbers greater than 125. Is 125 the peak value?

Thanks

Hi Knut, are you sending OSC or MIDI from Max?

If you are sending MIDI, the top three program change numbers have special functions: roll the dice, next, and previous.

If you send OSC from Max, you could skip over those reserved numbers by creating duplicate presets. Then you could resume with higher numbered presets.  In OSC, you can use 126 to select the previous preset, 127 to select the next preset, 128 to roll the dice, 129 to resend the current settings, 130 to save the current settings as a new preset.

Depending on how you are structuring the performance, you might be able to use the special "next" and "previous" messages to step through your presets.
