Can we have bigger windows for the SpectralAnalysis?

Hi there,

I know it doesn't make sense to have bigger windows if you're up for a good frequency/time balance BUT if you're up for smearing then it would make sense to experiment with bigger window sizes, right? The FFT modules are difficult to work with so I really would love to have a more open SpectralAnalysis module, maybe something like a SpectralAnalysis Pro? I'd love to have more parameters to dig deeper in the analysis part: window size, hop size, window type, phase rand, partial tracing etc. while still having the nice functioniality of the amps and freqs output. Pleeeease blush

Sorry, we may never have made this clear but the intention of the Q and A is for actual questions, not requests for new features or enhancements (please keep those coming though! We love to hear about bugs and suggestions by direct email to Symbolic Sound).

In the Q and A, let's focus on helping each other solve problems, answer technical questions, and offer advice or ideas for multiple alternative solutions to the questions people pose.

Thank you so much for the help you've given to fellow Kyma practitioners here, Gustl!smiley
