How to make a sound a replaceable input sound for multi grid

I want to use a sound i created before as an effect in the multigrid, but i can't figure out how to make it have a replaceable input. Before, i just had a file player at the beginning of the flow, or a live input, but now that i want to put it in the multigrid, say for instance having an input from a effect send from another track in the grid, i can't for the life of me figure what i need to replace at the beginning of the flow in the sound. I looked at the example multigrid, and they all seem to use "constant" as an input, but that doesn't seem to work for me as well., Hope my convoluted explanation makes sense! thjanks in advance! I have been succesful with the usual replace input from the action menu, but sometimes it just doesn't want to stick. sorry if it is just me overlooking the obvious. thanks.

You don't need to replace anything. Select the module which represents your input (usually leftmost) then from the Main Menu choose

Action - Set replacable input.

The module turns cyan and you can now insert the Sound in the multigrid. In the multigrid you have to select an input on the track you are going to use the Sound otherwise the replacable input will not be active.

thanks!! for some reason that wasn't working before, but i was probably doing it in the wrong order, just getting used to the multi grid. thanks again!
You're welcome :)
The order doesn't matter by the way, you can also set the replacable input when you edit a Sound which is already in the multigrid.
