What is the exact delay compensation for aligning a source sample with its live spectral resynthesis?

I thought this would be useful to have here as a reference. A list of delay times that a signal must be delay if you want to mix it in parallel with its resynthesis.

From experience (and trial & error) it's about 6 frames, so for example (6*256) samp delay for 256 partials.

Anyway the Analysis/Resynthesis doesn't preserve phase information, so I think you'll always experience some kind of phasing effect if you mix an unmodified resynthesis with the original. Just my two cents :)
