Can I buy a wormhole cable at the electronics store?

A friend of mine also owns a Paca and we'd like to make a wormhole-party cool

Shipping from the US is kind of expensive (and takes some time) so I was wondering if I can buy a cable of the same type at the electronics store..

Thanks!

If you are connecting only two devices, then yes, you can use a pair of standard gigabit Ethernet cables (connect port A to port A and B to B).  However, if you are connecting three or more devices, please ask us for orange cables; they are wired differently from standard Ethernet cables and you would connect each one's A port to its neighbor's B port.

Ok, great! Do you have longer and more flexible orange cables also? They fit in the rack but there's some tension applied..
We only have one length of the orange cables, but, if you have access to a crimping tool, you could make some of your own by copying the pin-out of the cables that you already have. Be sure to use Cat 5e or Cat 6 cable and keep the length to 2 meters or less.
Is there any difference in performance when I connect only two devices with a standard gigabit ethernet cable vs. connecting two devices with an orange cable?
The performance will be identical.
