Program change message Timeline

Question

I'm sending program change messages on Channel 4 which locates sounds on the Timeline. ALB_2016_02 works and Utter2016_Sanken4 does not and I can't find the issue.

Hi Anne, one thing I notice about the Timeline that you say is working: you have the MIDI program changes receiving channel set to 4 (it's the field at the top of the Timeline, just to the right of the time units which is set to Seconds in the screenshot above).  Do you have it set the same way in the one that's not working?
