Can Wacom pen drive sound with Right Click (1st button) is depressed?

I'm using a Wacom Intuos Pro, and the pen drives Kyma just fine when no buttons (on the pen) are depressed. To use as a drawing pen within Photoshop, the first button (default setting = Right Click) needs to be depressed. However, doing this disables the pen within Kyma. Any suggestions? I need to have the pen literally draw in Photoshop (or other such program) while simultaneously functioning as a Kyma controller.  This can be solved on either the Kyma or Photoshop side, and I welcome advice for either/both approaches.  --  Brian B.

In Kyma, if you select Preferences from the Edit menu, then in Wacom Tablet Preferences under Pen Button 1: you should be able to select Sends !PenButton1 (instead of Hold down for mouse).  See if this does the trick for you.

Sweet (on one front)! This adjustment keeps the pen active within Kyma with Pen Button 1 depressed. However, now it is completely ignored within PhotoShop. Merd!  I'll continue to explore. Other suggestions still welcome!!  - Brian B.
Maybe OSCulator would let you use the Wacom in both Kyma and Photoshop in parallel? https://osculator.net
OK.... trying this. I have purchased and installed OSCulator, and am completely confused with the manual. Is there a very basic "Connect Pacarana to X" Quick Start plan? Just wondering.....  If not, is there someone in the community willing to walk me through this maze? Thanks.  -  Brian B.
