Generate Percussion sound by physical modeling

Hi,
I am new to kyma and it would be nice to know some basic setup for building a drum/ percussion synth.
Maybe using some pyhsical modeling approach. What would a basic percussion sound look like and made of ?
Thanks a lot

the ModalFilter is definitely a good starting point for physical modelling of percussion. But in general there are so many ways that it's difficult to answer your question. Maybe start experimenting and then ask more specific questions about modelling certain aspects of the sound?
I'd also be exploring the CrossFilter short for some interesting body resonances
