Does USO Tilt EQ have a drop in level?

Is it just me, or is there a level drop after passing through the new (great sounding) Tilt EQ?

Haven't checked yet but if I were to design this I would drop the level a bit to avoid clipping when using the EQ. So I guess that's normal..
