Flexible mobile/studio setup?

So I've got the following setups:

Mobile: Pacarana, Focusrite Saffire Pro 40, Asus WL330 in hotspot mode without connecting to an existing network

Studio 1: Paca, MOTU Traveler MK3, connected to studio network via ethernet

Studio 2: Paca, Presonus Firebox, connected to studio network via ethernet

Now I want to occasionaly join those setups in a wormhole by connecting the Pacarana (mobile) to one of the Pacas (studio) using the orange cables. The Paca should be the master because it is connected to the studio network as well as to the studio audio interface. Do I need to unplug the Focusrite and the Asus from the Pacarana or would it just work that way?

Thanks!

It ought to work without having to disconnect the interfaces.  As long as you run Kyma on only the "master" computer, which in this case is your Paca.
