I know this question is ground level basic, but please keep in mind I have never used Midi in Kyma (or nearly anywhere) before now, So i have only now gotten curious.
When I expand any sound, what is the function of all the MidiMappers? For example, a simple sound like Granulate, when I expand it, everywhere I would expect a mixer is a MidiMapper, yet the sound doesn't used midi, so I am confused by the appearance of the MidiMapper in non-midi sounds.
I apologize for such a ridiculous question, but it has been on my mind, haha. thanks so much!!
