can't find cloudbank-element...?

Hi i seem to recall a cloudbank-element prototype which i can t seem to find....is it not in the prototypes anymore....?

It's no longer in the Prototypes because CloudBank-Resynthesis is the same algorithm (but allows for more partials).  So you can use the CloudBank-Resynthesis prototype in place of the older CloudBank-Element.
