is the Kyma X Revealed PDF print-ready for one-off printings?

I'd love a physical copy of Kyma X revealed, and i'm looking at printing one for myself at lulu.com—but I wanted to know if the PDF is formatted properly so I can just upload it to print. If not, is there anything I'd need to do to the PDF to make it print-ready?

If SSC has copies of Kyma X Revealed for sale I'd happily buy one! I keep refering to it but it's either on my ipad which i'm switching between my pdf reader and Kyma Control, or on my desktop, and switching between it and Kyma :P

This is just a one-off printing for my own use, and I guess I should ask too—is that okay? Not looking to infringe on any copyrights, just want to have a copy to prop up next to me while i'm in Kyma :)

It should be print-ready (it's what we used for printing) but do they give you a preview before they make the hard copy? That way you could make sure it looks ok before going ahead.

Sorry we don't have any hard copies left!

I'd be interested in another copy! I've been looking for one for ages. Please could you let me know how much they'll charge... I'm UK though so that may make it prohibitively expensive if you're not! Thanks
