Most of them have been updated (soon all will be). Whenever you choose Software updates from the Help menu, you may also be receiving new Sounds for the library and new source files as well as a new application.
For this reason, it's a good idea to make a copy of a library Sound before changing it—because any Sound in the library could be replaced by a future update (and you would lose your changes).
For example, you could create a folder called My Sound Library and always save your own Sound creations (and modifications to the library Sounds) in that folder, rather than in the main Kyma Sound Library.
