MIDI intermittent

I'm using a Capybara 320 (basic) with a Paca & I'm using the latest Kyma 7.25f0 software running on a MacBook Pro. Recently my MIDI started getting wonky. It will be working fine and then it just stops. When I check 'Configure MIDI' there are no messages coming in from Pro Tools, but I know PT is sending them. I've found that I can get it working again if I use 'Select DSP' & then switch from the Paca to the Capy & then back to the Paca again... every time.

Is anyone else having similar issues & more importantly, is there a permanent solution?

Thanks in advance.

I finally figured out what the source of my MIDI problem was & it was because my Pro Tools interface was transmitting gobs of Sysex data even when there were no tracks in a session. Once I disabled all of my MIDI devices the problem went away.
