Embarrassing question: Paca(rana) OK on its side?

I DID search everywhere for the answer I promise!
My space is very limited. I would like to use the paca(rana) on its side (with appropriate securing so it doesn't fall over) so that both ventilation and work surface are maintained. I'm surmising from what I read that this is a pretty delicare piece of equipment, hence my question: is this safe for the paca(rana)?
Thank you!

Hi Brook,

It should be ok. Main concern is heat dissipation; since the vents will now be on the side rather than on the top, please make sure to leave at least a couple of inches (5 cm) free space next to the vents to allow hot air to escape and rise.
