Is it possible to display Unicode or UTF characters with the StringDisplay ?

It doesn't seem to interpret common breakout codes such as

\u2612 for a unicode character

or \n   new line for that matter

is there a way to display Unicode ?

Yes! You can paste Unicode text directly within string quotes in the StringDisplay Sound, no need to use Unicode escape sequences.

Here's an example that includes the character you listed above.
