If you duplicate a node, the whole branch feeding into it is also duplicated. For example, in a Mixer, if you hold Ctrl key down, you can drag and drop a Sound into the Mixer inputs field; that Sound and all its input Sounds will be duplicated.

You can also use Copy and Paste Special to duplicate sections of the Flow tree.
