Whats the correct way to perform a multichannel product computation?

Hello again. laugh

I was working on a multichannel Lab exploration. Trying in vain to multiply the output of one monoToMultichannel ( with Mix set ) with the output of a multiToMultichannel which is turning a stereo signal into an 8 channel signal.

I'm trying to perform multichannel multiplications , but it seems the Product sound only works up to stereo?

I tried the approach below, but it results in a stereo output only. I do have an 8 channel Speaker arrangement set in the prefs.

To multiply two 8-channel sources, put them into the Product, then feed the Product to a MultiToMultiChannel with the original sources in the SharedSounds field:

In order to do what you show in the screenshot, you could multiply the two stereo SampleBits first before feeding them to a MultiToMultichannel.
