Psi File in sample field

Hello,

Is there any difference to the extend, type of manipulation, or in the resulting sound quality, if I use a psi file, or a wav/aiff file in the sample field of a “Sample”, or “Sample Cloud” protype?

Kyma treats a psi file as a sample file if you put it in the Sample or SampleCloud prototype. So in aswer to your question, there is no difference in the sound quality or types of manipulation.
