It is impossible to log in in the app Kyma+ when I search for updates

I have the application Kyma+ started. When I search in the Help menu for updates I cannot log in: "Login or password do not match". I am sure I have entered the right Login and the right password (otherwise I would not be logged in here!)

What is the problem here?
