My Ristretto power supply wall wart physically fell apart while still new - any replacement suggestions?

I'm not having a good run with my Ristrettro.  I've had it less than 2 weeks and the first time I unplugged the wall wart the the glue joint around the corner seems have disintegrated.  At first I thought this was some design thing to allow switching to european blades, but looking closely it's bad glue.  While I'm tempted to just glue it back together, it's rather oily in there and I doubt I could make a good enough bond that I'd not be worried about it being an electrical hazard.  Any replacement suggestions?  Would any 96W or higher USB-C supply be fine?

Thanks!

Sorry to hear that. We'll send you a replacement.

In the meantime, any ≥45W USB-C supply will work.

Could you please email a photo so we can bring it up with our supplier? It's the first time we've had power supply fail. Thanks!

Thanks.  It was weird for sure.  I’ve had lots of power supplies of similar design and have never seen this happen.  And thanks for letting me know I can use another supply while I await a replacement - that’s a relief as I know it going to take some time to really learn this!
