Play-Marked-Only a Sound that has submix inputs

Hi all, I guess this is a "Doh!" kind of question but..

I'm having trouble replicating a part of the tutorial in Kyma X Revealed.

pag. 69-70

In a Timeline I can succesfully mark a sound and hit shift-space so that it is the only part of the timeline that is played. However, when I mark (ctrl-click) a sound that has a submix input (an EuverbMono in this case) I don't hear anything, even though the pdf says "When you mark a Sound that has submix inputs, Kyma compiles the marked Sound and the Sounds on all of its input tracks.".

Thanks for your help and sorry if this has a really dumb answer..

As you've already discovered, in the current version it's necessary to mark (ctrl+click) a Sound and all of its submix inputs in order to play a subset of the Sounds in a Timeline (using Shift+Spacebar).
