Best way to visualise hot values controlled from an external controller?

Hi all,

Just got my new MPE controller (a Striso board) and I would like to visualise the values that I am controlling with it.

I'm not talking about a midi monitor but a way to see how it is controlling a parameter.

Let's say I modify a hot parameter so that instead of controlling it from the VCS I can control it with !KeyTimbre, is there a way I can still see a slider or a numeric value that changes when I change the !KeyTimbre on my controller? This way I can have a visual feedback to see if I have to tweak my controller hardware sensitivity.

I hope I'm clear enough...

BTW I think I am the first Kyma + Striso user and so far it seems to work well in MPE mode natively!

A quick place to start might be the Sound called

Test Keyboard Events (MIDI, MPE, Kyma Control, Pen eraser)

in "Kyma Sound Library/Check Inputs, Outputs & External Controllers.kym".

I always use this Sound during sound checks to make sure any keyboard-like devices are connected and communicating properly. It won't show you polyphony, but it would give the ranges of values for testing the hardware controller's ranges.

BTW I think I am the first Kyma + Striso user and so far it seems to work well in MPE mode natively!
