The application “Kyma 7++” can’t be opened.

Question

Hi,my computer is MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4.The system is macOS Monterey Version 12.7.4.  When I intall the kyma++ or kyma+. It wont work on my laptop.It said "The application “Kyma 7++/Kyma 7+” can’t be opened."and reinstall cant resolve the problem. pls help meT T

Please try starting the Kyma application with the Shift key held down.
