Hello, I have an issue I need to solve: with Kyma 7+, my Pacarana connected to an old MOTU 828mkII apparently detects the interface drivers, but when I select them it’s unable to activate them. Maybe someone can help me?

Hi, I'm not sure if I have understood your problem , basically you're saying that Kyma 7+ detects your Pacarana but not your 828 mk2 under DSP Status? Which OS are you using, Mac or Win?

Yes, that's right, and it shows the Motu mk2 legacy driver in the DSP but can't select it.

I am using both the Pacarana and a MOTU 828 mkII (FW version) with legacy drivers as well. After several attempts, the only way I found to make them both work with Kyma 7+ is to connect the Pacarana to my computer using both Ethernet (plugged into the Expansion B port) and FireWire cables. I am running Windows 10 though.

Thanks Francesco, I solved the problem simply by reversing the firewire connection sequence as computer-card-pacarana instead of computer-pacarana-card.
