TriggeredSoundToGlobalController, Timeline Markers and MIDIProgramNumber??

Hi! 

I can't get the TriggeredSoundToGlobalController to work as it is done in the Timeline tutorial by Carla in:

I'm following the steps accurately and I can control my timeline position via MIDI footpedal controller, but the TSGC doesn't do anything? I'm starting to think that there's something broken on my system?

OK, I got it to work on a stripped down Timeline. I was sure I had already tried the TSGC on it's own on a timeline maybe I hadn't.
