why UltraliteMk3 mute the audio?

My UltraliteMk3  is so unpredictable. I can't get audio from it sometimes. I have been following the order of events by turning the computer on, audio interface  and then Pacarana.

BTW,  my interface is connected to Pacarana and Pacarana to computer. UMK3 has its own power and a new firewire cable.    I have turned off all my audio applications to target the problem before using Pacarana.

In kyma status window  I can see the connection to my interface and the VUMeter is working,  but no sounds are coming out through the speakers.

Lately I have been restarting the computer and reseting the interface. Sometime twice a day!

Eventualy I have to run multiple audio applications with Kyma using  different audio interfaces.

Any thoughts how solve this problem for all?

Hi Silvia, is the Vu meter of the UltraLite also moving when you see the Kyma meters moving? You'll have to adjust the volume knob in order to make the front panel show the input amplitude.
Definitely plugged into outputs 1+2 not the Main outputs?

Sometimes I have the same problem.

Open the DSP Status Window.

First look if your Clock Source is set on internal.

Otherwise go to the DSP output and set/confirm your configuration again.
