PACA temperature

Question

hello!

here in Italy is really really hot, especially inside my studio where there is no air condtioner.

the temperature of my Paca

40@ for the case

58@ for dsp1

55@ for dsrp2

 

is that ok?

on the performance preferences,

should I enable maximum case cooling? (now is off)

should I enable always run paca fans? (now is off).

Hi Domenico,

Those Paca temperatures are within the operating range but yes, if it's hot in your studio (or if you go somewhere to perform where it's hot), it's a good idea to enable maximum case cooling. (Whether to enable the always-running fans is more of a personal preference; it is probably not necessary, but you can enable it if you prefer it that way).

(Hope you have some fans on yourself too — stay hydrated!)

What is the operating temperature range? I've got my paca outside in the sun and it's been up in the mid 60's today.
