Connecting the Pacarana to the MOTU audio Express

Question

Hi everyone !

 

i’m totally new to Kyma and i can’t get my MOTU audio express to connect to it, i got in touch with the tech support,

and they redirected me to this:

(this page includes a lot off different models but does not not include the audio express)

 

 

I basically followed everything the page said with no luck,

(yes i even completely removed MOTU’s software and drivers at some point)

i am using the MOTU with firewire only, and it’s not connected to my macbook

 

does anybody here have the same problem ?

Hi Nicolas, Could you please run the Audio MIDI Setup utility on your Mac (Applications > Utilities) to double-check that no other software or system alerts on your Mac are using the MOTU as its sound output or input?

Hi, just did and yes, no other software or system alerts on your Mac are using the MOTU as its sound output or input, the MOTU is not even connected physically on my mac
